WELCOME to the 2025 Department of Defense Cybersecurity and Special Access Program (SAP) Information Technology (IT) Summit, where senior government leaders, industry leaders, and cybersecurity experts come together to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and shape the future for protecting the DoD’s information, networks, systems, and infrastructure.

Navigating and succeeding in an era of ever evolving advanced cyber threats that seek to gain an advantage over DoD is a daunting task. DoD adversaries launch cyber-attacks through multiple means, whether directly or indirectly, through DoD’s numerous warfighting platforms, vast infrastructure, hundreds of networks, and extensive software and hardware supply chains. The DoD must now think and plan how it is going to successfully defend itself from these and future threats across the entire DoD Cyber Landscape.

At this Summit, presenters will not shy away from these challenges and will meet them head-on. With the theme of “Defending the DoD Cyber Landscape: Leveraging Cybersecurity for Mission Success,” this summit is dedicated to rolling up sleeves and putting real markers down to achieve success in implementing ZT, advancing SAP IT, improving ICAM, defending data and networks, protecting the DIB’s information, and preparing for a future of AI and quantum.

The 2025 Department of Defense Cybersecurity and Special Access Program Information Technology Summit invites you to be part of this vital conversation, a dialogue that promises not only to envision a future of an enhanced, secure networks and data, platforms, and SAP IT Ecosystems, but also to lay the groundwork for achieving it. Whether you’re an IT, cybersecurity, data, or engineering professional, a government official, in uniform, or a business leader, your voice matters.
